About: 

I first started climbing in Edinburgh where I lived before I moved to NYC in January 2007. One of my first climbs was in Thailand, at Hat Ton Sai, an experience almost completely wasted on such a novice climber! You can now find me mostly at Rat Rock when the weather's good, or at Manhattan Plaza or the City Climber's Club when the weather's bad. When I'm not climbing I'm a web developer for www.greenmap.org and various freelance gigs, which is what prompted me to take on the job of redeveloping ClimbNYC.com.
