looking for a partner
I'm eager to get back into climbing again. I was into indoor climbing, top roping and a bit of bouldering, when I was living back in the UK and I'm regretting not managing to keep it up. I've have climbing a few times at MPHC but my climbing partner couldn't commit to regular sessions and regrettably it fizzled. It's been a while since I've climbed regularly so I'd be back to beginner level but would be interested in trying to make it a couple of times a week. I'm a teacher so I'm going to have more time over the summer, no access to a car though. Living on the UES
Love to hear from people,
Claire

Hi Claire,
I'm coming over from Denmark a couple of days to sing in a classical concert, and was thinking of doing some bouldering in Central Park, maybe Umpire Rock/Rat Rock?
If you have the time, it could be fun to meet up with someone that knows the city and the boulderingroutes.
I will be staying on the Wellington Hotel, very near the south end of the Park, on Seventh Avenue.
I don't know our schedule in details, but maybe saturday afternoon or sunday morning or monday morning is an opportunity?
I can be reached on mobile +45 61696162 or on email: medicitomas@gmail.com, the hotels number is: 646 277 0037 or 212 247 3900.
Maybe the best is if you're interested to send me an email or a tx-message, and I will get in touch with you? Might not see this forum again - I was only given a one-time entrance!!
Looking so much forward to seing NY,
All the best,
Tomas.
Hi Claire
I work on the UES and climb at MPHC. My partner just started a new job and can not climb on a regular schedule. It seems like we are looking for the same thing. Email me if you want to meet up slros@mail2karma.com.
Cheers
Steph
Hi Claire,
I'm moving to Brooklyn next week and looking for new people to climb with since I'll be leaving my gym and all my partners. Looking to get into a routine maybe we can talk about when you're looking to climb. I'm freelance and can usually get a day or two to leave early, also, I saw that the MPHC gym opens early a few days a week...wouldn't be opposed to early morning climbing if you're into it. Email me to talk about finding a good time.

Hi,
I am beginner climber and loving the sport. Although I have never climbed outdoor but totally game to try it sometime. However, in the meanwhile I would like be a regular as possible indoors. MHPC is convinient to me but I am open to suggestions.
Lemme know if you or anyone interested.
Hello everyone,
I'm interested in starting to climb again, last climbed in October 2008, and reached a grade of 5.8+ / 5.9- Used to climb at MPHC but my climbing partners either moved to Europe or started new outdoor activities. I can climb during the weekdays or weekends.
Please let me knoe if you are interested.
Thanks
Stephen
