Beginner climbing partner in nyc

I am a total beginner, looking for a climbing partner...I'm into other sports like hiking, cycling, skiing but totally new to climbing..Let me know if interested in learning to climb together...I work in nyc and live in Long Island..So either any city rock climbing places on weekday evenings after 5pm or long island clubs on saturday/sunday would work...
