Manhattan Plaza's climbing newsletter is out, and includes climbing classes: women's movement clinic, gear clinic, co-ed movement clinic and yoga for climbers.

MPHC climbing gym will be closed Saturday June 11th for a special event.

Manhattan Plaza Health Club are hosting a bouldering competition on the 14th of February. $25 pre-registration, $30 on the day, which includes a T-shirt. Registration from 12.30, competitions 1-4pm. Location: www.mphc.com and there's a flyer.

October 31st 8-10pm

Manhattan Plaza Health Club will be hosting their first Halloween Party and Costume Contest with music, lights & refreshments. There's a prize from EMS for the best costume and a pumpkin carving contest.
