climbers will enjoy this is because it covers many 6000, 7000, and 8000 meter peaks, and the crew climbs these peaks pure style which I think most climbers appreciate and would not expect, especially considering the standards you see in this arena in other Everest films, IE no oxygen, that kind of stuff. It chronicles the world leaders in high peak skiing with the most ski descents ever from above 7000 meters, and the first Americans to accomplish skiing from above 8000 meters. So it’s not a ski film, but a historical documentary film in the mountaineering genera. It also has a ton of really nice climbing throughout, in some really incredible places.
