ClimbNYC.com was contacted by a casting agent for a documentary, they're looking for climbers in NYC. She writes:

I work with Morgan Spurlock (30 Days, Super Size
Me, A Day in the Life ) on a new documentary series and we're looking for
New Yorkers with Big Dreams. I found your website and I feel that the
people you reach out to are exactly the kind of people we want to meet.

This series will be a fly-on-the-wall docu-series where we follow several
New Yorkers as they overcome their fear of failure, strive to push beyond
their perceived boundaries, and achieve their ultimate dream! The show is
all about the idea that if we face the fear of failure and defy the
feelings associated with it, then we will learn and grow and do amazing
things! This is going to be a really wonderful series that will encourage
and inspire people everywhere!

We are looking for real people who have a specific goal but the fear of
failure has been the one thing holding them back. For example, someone
caught in the 9-5 corporate grind that has always wanted to climb Mount
Everest but has always been too afraid to try.

I would love it if you could help me get the word out through email, blog,
tweets, shouting from the mountain tops, passing notes in class, facebook
or whatever forms of communication you prefer. The one catch is that they
do have to be based in NYC or the tri-state area :)

If you are able to blog about it then please send me the link and I'll plug
you on our website!
